pluto is still a planet. just because a small changes has been made doesnt mean the object is going to disappear into thin air!!!

Yes, I agree. Even if we desire or not, the science evolves in a positive manner, so that new discoveries are made every day... and in this case the new discoveries are the new trans-plutonian planets as great as or even greater than Pluto (i.e. Eris, former Xena). And the reason was that Pluto and the other trans-neptunian little planets didn't clear space around them from the cosmic debris...

I ever heard this too. But in my opinion its still strange if Pluto not included in our solar system anymore. Untill now i dont know what is the exactly decision about this matter

thank to discuss with you my friend. i'm just know from you that pluto know out from our solar system.. but why??? i'm very confuse about that. but if that's good for science it's good for me and i agree with that.. good luck my friend

Calling something a planet is just giving it a name. Its not as if whatever international association of astronomy had the power to suddenly make Pluto cease to exist. Its like them calling our Sun a dwarf yellow star, its no less a star than any of the red giants.
