Hi, my friend; there is no such thing as best anti virus, so long as your software allow you to update its virus data base regularly to detect new virus signature during it scan, it should be enough to protect your PC adequately against infection. There are literally hundred of thousand different virus out there and new one get invented by some creeps weekly to cause user headaches. Sometimes you can try several different brands to see which one manage to kill your existing virus, since probably you have no idea the name of that particular virus in your pen drive. Give them a try, good luck!

In my opinion if you ave a strong computer you can use AVG internet security 8.0
but if you haven't a good computer you can use AVG 7.5 free
if you don't like avg food antiviruses are Kaspersky, Bit defender(it block your computer but for strong pc is very good). Nod 32(i;m not sure with this is a very small antivirus and...)
hope it helped you:D

NOD 32 is a very good anti virus software. It uses very little memory, is very efficient and is daily updated. Also it is much cheaper than the other more famous alternatives available.
