I was having a pleasant morning just doing some scrapbooking in my pj's when I heard the sounds of the snowblower man....comeing to clean out my driveway from what the city had pushed in it last night..Well when he finishes he comes to get paid which means I had to hurry and take a shower, get dressed and ready for the day. I like taking my time getting ready and I really don't like being rushed. Not to get ready or to go someplace either. Usually I give myself enough time so I am ready way ahead of schedule. How about you. Are your ready in plenty of time? Do you dislike being rushed?

I don't like to be rushed. When we have somewhere to go in the evening, I will shower in the morning or early afternoon. When it's cold out I hate to shower and go right out. I freeze my bones. Now that I'm not working, I can lay around in my pajamas and shower when I feel like it. I use to hate getting for work in a big hurry. Made me a nervous wreck...lol

I hate being rushed and the only time that happens around here is when my husband wants to go someplace. I will be getting ready and he's constantly pacing and asking just about ready. Nine times out of ten when I am ready I'm at the vehicle and he's off to the bathroom or off doing something else and I'm left waiting. It interesting sometimes. lol Thank You

It depends on where I am going,if I'm going to work and I'm late I can get ready in less than 10 minutes. If we are going out somewhere nice,I like to take my time choosing an outfit or applying make-up,not like I'm that sophisticated,I want to make sure I look good

I don't like to be rushed either. It's really not pleasant, as being rushed really stressed me out. If I have to go to class or something, I like to get up early, so that I can have plenty of time to get ready and relax a little, while I'm getting ready.

I hate being rushed too. I like to have my coffee and take my time getting ready unless of course, its a real emergency. I do understand, its terrible to feel pushed and hurried. Its one of the most aggravating things....

I don't like to be rushed either. Especially when someone gives me a certain time for me to meet them, and then calls at the last minute to make the time sooner rather than later. I had a friend who used to come by my place, and call me from her car. She was there and ready to pick me up and go out. Only she never told me when or if she was coming, she would just show up on certain days and expect me to get myself ready quickly so I could leave with her.

Oh, don't you just hate that? Here you were all nice and cozy and comfy just having a nice pleasant morning and BOOM!
Yes, that stinks and I don't like being rushed into something I'm not ready for either, like your surprise with the snowblower man. I also like to take my good old time getting ready, and do prepare in plenty of time as not to be rushed. Take care Jill.

I HATE being rushed!!!
However, with 3 kids under 6 everything is a rush at the last minute no matter how early I try to get ready. We can start getting ready 2 hours before the departure time, and yet come the time to walk out the door, there are always still things to do. How does that work?

Hey jill! Nope! I hate being rushed too! I like to have enough
time to get myself ready so I don't have to rush either! If
I have somewhere to go I try to figure enough time so that
I don't have to rush! But, sometimes that just isn't possible!
I was going to go out today before it started snowing, but I
just wasn't in the mood and then it started to snow so I ended
up not going out at all! So sometimes plans do get upset and
things get changed and there isn't always much we can do about
it! We just have to "go with the flow"! That's what my
counselor used to say and it used to drive me crazy!

I feel the same way Jill, I don't want being rushed, it stresses me. I do my work usually way ahead of schedule, especially the big ones. I don't want to wait for the deadline. If I do , it has to be work that is easily accomplished. I hate rushing too when going somewhere. I will have to take my time preparing. If they rush me, I usually tell them to go ahead, or I won't go at all...lol...I hate rushing. Cheers.

I don't like being rushed either. I was supposed to head back to school today but because of the weather they were calling for I didn't really pack much of anything at all.
Well it turns out the weather isn't so bad which means we probably could have made it back today. Well, I'm not in the mood to rush packing things and rush to pick up my partner so we can drive back.
So I pushed for us to just drive back tomorrow in the early afternoon. Give us both time to pack, get ourselves organized and not have to rush. I think rushing, especially when it comes to driving leads to accidents.

I think I get it from my mom but neither of us like to be rushed either. I will get up 2 hours before I have to be ready to work so I have time to drink my coffee and take my time to get ready. If I wake up late I will rush to get ready and it feels like I am running behind all day. I hate that.

I guess I get it from my mom. We both hate to be rushed to get ready for anything. I will get up two hours before I have to be ready to work becouse I like to be able to drink my coffee and wake up. If I get up late I feel like I am running behind all day long. I hate that.

No I do not like to be rushed either. I am ready before time and I don't like to rush other people either. It was a different story with my kids when they were little, they didn't like to be ready on time and I felt rushed trying to get them to get ready.

I don't like being rushed myself. I feel that the whole day wil be ruined if somebody rushes me into action. I can easily be ready though in a short time. But I like to prepare things way in advanced so that I will not feel hurried or rushed. I think nobody likes being rushed.
