Who writes for AC?

Hi Violetdreams, I am a memeber but I haven't written anything but I do read a lot of articles other mylotters write and comment on, one person actually wrote a story about myself and my daughter and our experiences with the spirit of a girl called Amy. Hi there! I am also a member of Associated Content but I live outside of the US too so I do not qualify for upfront payments. Are you part of Helium? They offer upfront payments dependant on how many writing and rating stars that you have and you get paid at the end of the month, $0.50 per article for one writing star, $1.00 for two writing stars and so on as long as you have at least one rating star. I prefer Helium to AC as I find that it pays better and also faster. There are competitions that you can write for and I haven't won as yet, I hope to at some point! There is also the Marketplace where you can write for quite large payments - $16 for 500 words is just one example of one that I have recently written for. I have been writing for AC for two years now. I write a lot of lifestyle-type stuff, about dogs and gardening, decorating, alternative therapies, etc. I also have a home-based business as a secondhand merchant so I also write about that, about how to take care of antiques and collectibles. My particular interest is in Fire-King and other vintage glassware. I know you will enjoy AC. My pen name there is J. E. Davidson.

I write on AC and love it. Although I haven't been active, except for reading and rating since October, when hubby was diagnosed with lung cancer. I am going to start writing again this month...actually this week. I will subscribe to your content and hopefully you will read and rate mine as well and subscribe. Hi Violetdreams! I write on AC under the same username as here, and have published quite a lot of content in the time I've been there, which must be a good two years now. Hi VioletDreams -- I use AC and it's fabulous! My permalink is: www.associatedcontent.com/users/34118/maureen_rousseau@html In college, I used to publish my term papers after the semester had ended, with the support of my professors. I've even had students who take the class after me cite my work as a valid source in some of their research papers later on. It's nice to know that all that hard work didn't end with graduation! Calls for content can be fun too, it's more of a journalistic/review feel and I like being able to contribute what people want to read. I just checked out your CP page - good stuff you've got there! i feel like articles for family/kid activities get a lot of hits, hopefully this rings true for you! keep it up and good luck!

Hi Violet, I recently started on AC too .. I am from the USA by the way :) Where are you from ? My username is Sukant Ghosh there and in real too .I am not a great authour, just starting out !
