Yes, I did actually marry my best friend. He and I had been friends for over 4 years. We would help solve problems for each other, we would also write each other no matter where we were living. Although there were a couple of times that we lost touch, but something kept drawing us back to one another. For my 19th birthday, he showed up on my parents front door. I nearly fell over. I had not seen him since we were 15. We sat and talked for what seemed like hours and it felt that we had been living right next door to each other. We have now been married 17 years, we have been through a lot together, have 3 wonderful sons and continue to strive to improve our lives together every day.
