What vitamins do you take everyday?

Hello mark money, Yes sometimes I take enervon C, but I think it is not complete, so I stilldepend much on natural vitamins derive from vegetables and fruits.I always see to it that I don't deprive vitamins needed by our body. But I have to eat variety , to meet what our body needs...If avocado is of abundance, I am taking the advantage because this fruit considered complete. Also I am drinking the Goji juice because it derives from (goji berry) fruit found only in Himalaya , very rich in Polysaccharides.It is also considered as the most complete fruit. Happy mylotting

I started using One-A-Day Cholesterol Plus this week (no, it does not have cholesterol Next time I visit my doctor I'll be asking about cinnamon for sugar metabolism control and milk thistle for liver health. I do not know if there are official studies, or just the usual health-store snake-oil pitch ...

I've never heard of ENERVON, but it sounds very interesting. I take a multi-vitamin called ONE SOURCE DAILY, plus I take a vitamin E supplement and a vitamin D suppliment, plus a calcium pill. Sometimes I don't think taking vitamins helps me at all, but at other times I notice a big difference if I don't take them for a day or two. I won't go as far as to say I have more energy though. I'd love to try your ENERVON if it is available in the US.

I take a tablet called "daily" which is from nutralite company & marketed by quixtar(formerly amway). This has 22 essential vitamins & minerals & the best part is that all the extracts are from natural sources. For my earnings this is pretty expensive( about 30 cents) per tablet. But keeps me active for my hectic lifestyle.
