do you at any point of time, blame god for what is happening in your life???i have to admit it, yes, i do at times... then, after moments of silence, i am ok again... maybe i am just short of prayers... i need to talk to Him all the time and ask for help and guidance.how about you?

I do not think I have blamed God for my life's misgivings for a while now but that is because I think if he is truly out there, then he has a lot more important issues to deal and resolve other than my life. I believe in someone greater but I tend to blame "life" itself for sometimes being fickle and mean. After that, I look back and think what I could have done that would have helped me deal with it much better.

I too have asked this question when something went wrong,Why me?.Ofcourse I do pray and vent out my feelings.I too indulged in the blame game till I read this, Foot Prints
One night I dreamed a dream
I was walking along the beach with my Lord
Across the dark sky flashed scenes from mt life,
For each scene,I noticed two sets of foot prints in the sand
One belonging to me and one to the Lord
When the last scene of my life shot before me
I looked back at the foot prints in the sand,
There was only one set of foot prints
I realized that this was at the lowest and saddest times of my life.
This always bothered me and I questioned the Lord about my dilemma
"Lord, you told me when I decided to follow you,
You would walk and talk with me all the way
But I am aware that during the most troublesome times of my life, there is only one set of foot prints
I just don't understand why?,when I need you most, you leave me"He whispered,"My precious child,I Love and will never leave you, never, ever, during your trials and testings
When you saw only one set of foot prints,it was then that I carried YOU"I always remember this when I get frustrated. I tell myself whatever is happening to me is for a purpose and something good will come of it.Reading this poem really helped. Its human nature to blame God I think. And we all do it till realization occurs. ![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)

I do not blame the God for mishaps in my life. Instead I thank the Great God for every pleasure, which He brings in my life, I thank for his every blessing and I thank for the beautiful life He has given to me. I think, whatever happnes with us, we are responsible for the same, blaming God or someone else is not fair. Let us take the life, as it comes.

I have never thought to blame God. I tend to blame myself for not being as good a person as I should, or not as good as a Christian as I should.
I got this passage from Air1.com I get a bible verse a day. This one came the other day and I write it down and printed it out and put it on my bulletin board.
Philippians 4:6 "Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God whay you need, and thank HIM for all HE has done."

It meant so much to me because I do have a broken heart right now. But it is mending. Thanks for the verse.

It is easier to place blame than to accept if as your own doing, but never to God, we are all free agents and do as we please, so it is our faults when we do something wrong, we made the choice to do it.. I always just pray for more strength and more help to do better.. I do question why things happen like they do but I also get over it and just pray harder and more.. We are not perfect only saved..

My favorite is Philippians 4:13,
I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me.
Now that one is a big help to me.. It makes me stronger just reading it..
Have a great day.

Placing the blame on God does take a lot off our mind, its our way of finding solace in troubled times when we cant really pinpoint the cause or the person, whom we would actually like to blame. God is like a huge sponge for our tears…its OK to be angry on Him.
As for me, I don’t blame Him coz He has generally been more than kind to me. He has always taken care of me, pulled me back from the edge of the cliff, several times. However, I do get angry on Him and in such situations, my conversation with Him goes like ‘You know what You are doing is not right…I just hope You have a better plan for me ahead’

no I don't blame God for anything that happens in life because he gave us a free will to do what we want, when we screw up we screw up.

No, l never blame God for anything bad that happens to me. I have placed my full faith and trust in the Lord and i accept that whatever happens in my life, there is a valid reason for this. i also know that sometimes i am to blames for what happens because of wrong choices and decisions i made. We are given free will and a knowledge of what is right and wrong so in the end, it is our choices which decide what happens in our life.

We do have the tendency to blame God every time we face trials. Of course we do not have the right to blame God. We have first to search ourselves and see where have we gone wrong. Why all these happen to me? If we did something wrong, then all we have to do is repent and He is faithful and just to forgive us and help us with all the troubles. If we have not done wrong and yet something not good still happens, then just trust that all things work together for God to those who love God. What seems bad initially will always end up for our own betterment if we have faith and trust in Him. Instead of blaming Him, let us just pray for His help and comfort. Let's go to Him, lay and surrender every burden we have and surely...He has wonderful ways of making things easy for us.

I am not into blaming God, i don't really believe in a God who is overlooking each and everyone of us on a personal level. So that leaves blame for humans as far as I am concerned. The rest of life is just as it has always been changing.

I did.....many times I guess and I was so guilty in doing that after realizing how wrong I was. it happened when I had an accident few years ago and I was on leave from my job for almost a year. It was so hard and painful in my part and I was blaming God for what happened...it was only at the end that I realized that maybe it was permitted for a reason. Actually had it not fro that accident I won't met my husband...there is always some ways God is planning for us but sometimes there are just some test to pass and I almost failed.
