You cannot generalize like that about people because everyone is an individual. There are both men and women who can concentrate on multiple things at once...even during an exam...and both men and women who can't. No two people are the same, whether they are men or women.

thanks for response. i work as a marketing person of a software company. so i sold a software. to whom i sell it that customer ask for few change of that software, but i was unable to fill customers demand.and i lost that customer. i talk with my boss , he said me, there is no chance to change the software. I ask why, boss said that software were made full & final. boss say more if we fill customers demand then we have to make a new one which was not possible for our company. now who was that software maker , a girl. if a boy make that software it can be changeable for every time.

It is unfair for you to judge people in that case. It should be something like characteristic of a person. In the case you mention above, I would say it depends on whether the person is concentrate in doing thing or otherwise.

I think you have it backwards. Its women who are better at the multitasking and men who concentrate wholly on things. These are generalzations, which means not all women can multitask and not all men can't.
There are evolutionary reasons for this by the way, when we were hunters and gatherers men need spacial reasoning (to get from camp to hunting grounds and back) and they needed to be able to concentrate for a long time on hunting. Thats why many men can only focus on one thing and have a very good sense of direction.
Women on the other hand needed to be able to keep track of the kids, while doing the laundry and looking out for predators--hence the need to be able to multitask. But they probably didn't need to go far from the camp so there was no need for a complex directional sense.
But what we need to realize is that every person is different. I have met men that can multitask, women who can't multitask and women with good directional skills and women with poor directional skills. You just can't go around pigeon holing people even if it is true most of the time.

Not quite sure how you came up with that, that would be called multitasking which most women are famous for.
Everyone is different, I agree with the above post you shouldn't generalize men and women like that we are all individual and being that I have raised 5 children on my own for over 11 years 4 of them boys, my husband is telling me I think more like a man than I do a normal woman, I just explain I am not normal and that is why he married me, hehe.
Sorry hun I disagree with you on this.
Peace and smiles, have a great evening
