I've always thought that I'd like to be one in spring and fall, but I would hate to do it in the summer when it's so hot and in the winter when I had to wade through piles of snow to deliver it. I had a friend who has carried mail on a walking route most of her adult life. It's a very figure-friendly job, and she always seems so happy.

I would like to be a post person (as they are called here) I'm not afraid of dogs in the slightest, it's the early mornings that would kill me, our posties start at 4 in the morning, I'd face any dog over that LOL.

I don't do dogs either, and I hate the heat, I don't want to be sweating all day, I don't want to be delivering in the winter either. I will throw that bin on the corner, and they can go through it, and get there mail. I'm talking real drop off service. lol

If I drove, I might have thought about considering it. I have some friends of mine who work in the Post Offices, and they are always trying to get me to take the Test to work there, but I am not sure I want the Stress.

It's not the dogs you need to fear..you should fear "going postal" the common side affects from long hours with everyone's mail;)+

I don't think I could do this job. I have other interests and also I am a very curious person so I think would be difficult for me to keep the secret of the mail. Just joking! :) Still I won't be able to do this job. And still I am a curious person. :)

I think it'll be a good job in the summer, not so much in the winter. As long as the people keep their dogs tied up, I won't mind doing it.

Keep a pepper spray. And, I don't think they walk around anymore, they are in a car.

Yes though I hate to be drowned in rain and feel the heat in summer. It's not a bad job.
