I have some questions about Mturk and Slicethepie,could you give me a favor?

1.Mturk:I fulfill a hit and submit for about 10 hours but it is still pended, i wanna know how long should i wait then i could be sure whether i succeed or not.
2.Mturk:Is there any other way to earn money except do the hit?
3.Slicethepie:I only have one star, maybe the lowest rank. How much rates i should do to become five-star one? Or what can i do to improve my rank ASAP?

I have been with MTurk since the beginning. I have learned that you have to let the requesters know that you have done hits for them and after a while they respond.
As for other ways to make money, there are some requesters that ask you to answer simple questions, they will then send you an e-mail asking you to join a underground or secret turkers club. They e-mail you tasks then pay you bonuses through your MTurk account.
Alot of times requesters will put out Hits just for you, once you have successfully completed a number of Hits.

I have jobs that have pended up to a month. Sometimes sending them a message gets them on it, but that doesn't always work. Just wait a little bit.

I can only help you with Amazon Turk as I have no experience with Slicethepie (btw, what is it?)
For MTurk, if you have completed a HIT and it's still pending, it's down to a lazy user who simply hasn't paid you yet. Give the user a friendly message asking where your payment is.
I do not know of any other ways to earn on MTurk without doing HIT.
