I guess everyone passes from times of stress and pressure, and we all have to struggle with it for better or for worse. Since it is unavoidable, the least we can do is to share some tips on how to handle it better.
Personally, I try to have a healthy diet, exercise, going for walks and also aerobic classes. I find it very relaxing to listen to music and spending some time at peace with nature, like near the sea.
What about you?

I think the only way to reduce anxiety is to keep your mind preoccupied with something such as studying new stuff usually math related subjects, i based this on my own experience. Also if i eat less during working times, i get a lot more confident than usual.

Hi vanilla_28, and thank you for your discussion.
People do have many ways to relieve stress, and many of those ways do in fact inflict harm on others in one way or another.
I feel like one of the best ways to relieve stress is to have someone to talk to when something bothers you. Every day, we get up and go about our daily responsibilities, and some have more than others.
Ir-regardless of how extensive our schedules are, we all pretty much have a routine in our lives, and for the most part, we are comfortable with them. However, when your daily activities bring on stress, and you have no one to talk to, then chances are the stress will reveal itself negatively somewhere.
It can be from your health, to eventually exploding on some unsuspecting soul. I find that stress may have more to do with how others interact then we care to admit.
Especially for people who are in some sort of customer service position where you deal with the public every day. When in that type of position, you just never know what is going to be thrown your way, and it could be the very thing that will have the most negative impact on you.
Just as your stress level affects you, not finding some sort of outlet will, in the long run affect others. So, if you blare music to an extent that it bothers others, or if you are speeding down a highway, the majority of what we do to relieve stress DOES bother others.
So, find someone you can really talk to and feel better about the situations you are experiencing. Good luck.

the best way to handle stress is to take a break from your daily routine and go on for a holiday trip either with your family members or with your close friends. The more you think about something which is disturbing you the more you are going to get stress in your life. So the best way is to spend some good time with your family members and your friends because they provide more emotional security and stability.

I agree with you, but not everyone may be able to take frequent holidays due to work, money or other problems. However, one can still dedicate more time to his family at home and this will surely be of great benefit.
