'You've Got Funds from MYHPF!!' That is the email title I saw in my inbox this morning and I thought, you're kidding...rite?
I'd given up on the site paying me after all I had heard from members here waiting months to receive payments and that it is a SCAM; on other sites too!
I received £22.60 from the site
, I reached payout at £20.66 back in October 2008 and the messages on the site indicated I'd be paid between 16-31 December but nothing till now...
Has anyone else been paid? Have you been waiting for a payment too? Were you paid recently? I saw on another site someone claiming they'd been paid too in a review and I asked when they were last paid too?
I hadn't yet contacted admin but I almost did, did you get a reply to your query about payment?
Funny enough, I had written a review on a popular consumer review site bout not being paid yet and others waiting, gonna have to update that now and I hope they saw/see it!

Joined in May08 and reached payout in October08, my referrals earned me £3...few are active.. You can the details and proof on my blog, I know that one is not so clear; my first time to post one of the kind here

After I heard the site not paid member again, I stopped use home page friends to searching article. I have 8 referrals on there, and all my referrals isn't active too. so after read your discuss I must active again and tell to my referrals to be active. Thanks for your info !!!

I had stopped using the site too...
and they have been sending me 'reminders'; some of my referrals are still active.
Would be good to hear of more people getting paid.. That payment proof is clearer on my blog; I did a rite botch job of that one I posted!

I am not familiar with the site. But good thing to know that you've been paid. It only means that the site really means business. For there are so many scam sites nowadays. Just keep it up!

This is really good for you, congratulations! I wish this site would pay me! Not that I've reached payout yet.. but I am sure there's something wrong!
A couple of times, they have emailed me saying that there was 'unusual activity' in my account (meaning I was cheating) when I just been using it normally and honestly like I always do.
I haven't used the search function on the site since then, as I don't think it's fair that they threw that accusation at me without any real proof.
I guess I will reach payout in a couple of months because of my referrals activity, and I might do a couple of searches every day using their function, but I know I'm not going to make much of an effort with them anymore!

wow congrats to you on getting your payment from them. i am a member but not active as i do not find their search engines useful and at times irritating so i gave up. i know they are a paying site cos of the tied up with Yahoo and i dun think Yahoo would want to be call a scam. the only thing is they have a lot of members and because of that, they are a bit behind their payments and not paying within 60 days as stated in their TOS. anyway, happy for you and maybe i should try them out for a while to see if i can get paid. do you know what areas of search can earn you more cos different searches give u different amounts

well i thnk it depends on how many searched u do. but then they may find out i thnk if u just randomly try to cheat lol. so i try to do proper searches . well i think it is a good site to earn money and hopefully tey shud pay everyone

Congratulations for your hard earned money. Lately I have been paid by regular paying sites such as donkeymails, clixncash, orangebiz. I was also paid by no minimum.com which was really a suprise because I always lost faith in that site.

wow..congratulations marina. .It had been months that I'm hearing a member being paid at HomePages friends. I thought this site has become a real scam after lots and lots of pending payments.
. Now that you have been paid, it would be a real boost for many members to continue to work at that site.It is really amazing that you have been paid in just 3 months of request.One of my friends has his payment in pending status for more than 8 months. I should enquire him about his payments too..Best wishes to you.

Congratulations! I must admit that I haven't heared about that site until now. I only visit two social networkings site so I am kind of handicapped in that area. LOL Anyway, it is nice to hear that you have been paid even if it took them a long time to get around it. :)

Good for you. As for me, I have never been paid for my second tranch. I have been paid once last year April but no more. I emailed the support thrice but still to no avail.
I don't know if they are just selecting the accounts to be paid. I believe we the unpaid deserve an explanation for this -- but no explanation was clearly given.
I don't know if I will already conclude the site as scam!
I am not active with the site anymore!

oh that is great news. coz i totally believe in this site now. try to search everything from yahoo as they use yahoo. for people who do not know about it - it is just searching online with yahoo. SO search online like you do normally and get paid for every search u do. U can do any number of searches a day.
well i have now around 15 pounds. hope i get my payment also in a few months. i shall surely let u all knw abt it. well marina congrats and thanks for letting everyone knw tht they r indeed paying.

It states 45 days in their TOS but apparently they are behind on payments due to more users joining...
I qualified for payout in October and was meant to be paid in December

It's good to hear that someone has actually gotten paid Marina. According to the site, I was due to be paid between December 16th and December 31st. After I didn't receive payment, I emailed them near the 3rd of January. My email came back, so I thought for sure it was a scam. The email came back because their inbox was full. So I stopped searching with them.
Just out of curiosity, I went ahead and emailed them again this week. I received an email back stating that they would advise their finance department. Now my page says that I will be paid between the 15th and 31st of January.
Thank you! You have given me a little faith that I might actually get paid.

Hope you receive it kykidd... I was also due to be paid between 16-31 December having made payout in October but it's taken almost a month for it to arrive so keep fingers crossed and send them another email as a follow up to your previous one if they have still not paid... I actually did not send them an email request but wrote a rather interesting review on the subject...

I've just changed my HomePagesFriends account details from PayPal to UK bank account, in the hope they may pay me sooner. I also sent them an email about this.
I have seen others receive payment, and mine has been pending since October. It now stands at over £50, so it would be nice to have it in my bank account this month, rather than roll over again!

I have received a response to my email, with apologies for the delay, ending with "I will ask that accounts look into your payment as soon as possible". So maybe that will speed up my payment. Hope so.

I had joined it a long time ago but I forgot about it and do not even remember what you do on there. I guess it looked good at the time. Explain to me what it is because I think I am having a brain fart!!!

It was the one where you got paid for your searches, you just update your search box with a new search engine and search as normal and you can use the URL from your account if using another PC1 person likes this

Wow this is a surprise. I got paid once in September. It was a rather big payment which amounted to £53. I was so pleased when I got it, but I was due a payment in the middle-end of nov and have yet to receive it. Perhaps they are still paying and are just behind with funds. I did email and got a response within 24 hours saying that my query would be passed on the the finance department and I waited and waited and still no payment. I have just logged onto the site and it seems as if they have updated it again and done some more work. I am now owed over £50 and would appreciate getting this so soon after xmas. I am still getting paid 2 pence a search which is amazing, and a small few of my friends are still searching too.

Hope you get your second payment.. I had stopped searching when I made payout as I wanted to wait and see that they'd pay after all the stuff read about it being a scam... I might start using it more regularly when I see more being paid Good Luck
