Barney and Robin and....Ted?

Remember how upset Ted was when he found out that Barney had slept with Robin? Now in the most recent episode, he realizes that Barney has feelings for Robin, and Ted actually stops his fling with her to spare Barney. I mean I like the whole conflict with Barney actually caring about someone, but when did Ted become so ok with it being Robin. Is it just an unspoken leap that we should make that Ted realizes what a big step emotionally this is for Barney that is why Ted is ok with it now?
One more thing, do you think Uncle Barney and Aunt Robin are actually gonna end up together?

I think the difference is that Ted doesn't have those feelings for Robin anymore. I don't think he was completely over Robin when Barney slept with her. I don't know if Barney and Robin will end up together, but it would be cool! :) I'm hoping that they will end up together.

I do have a feeling that Barney & Robin are going to end up together in the end. But that is just a feeling at the moment, that could change as the show goes on. lol

Well, lets face it, for anyone to reach barney on an emotional level is pretty darn close to a miracle. He was pretty much a mess when she was possibly moving away. Let's hope he doesn't let her get away. He's so close to spilling out his feelings...come on Barney..."suit up!"

I think it was kind of a leap too...it just left some unanswed questions with me that Ted was okay with Barney and Robin. I too have wondered if Robin isn't whom Ted will end up with. It seems the most logical, yet why does he call her Aunt Robin. Confusing. I hope we find out who Mother is before long.

For the longest time I thought that because present ted called Robin, "Aunt Robin" that meant he hooked up with her sister. Then I realized that when talking to his kids he calls all his friends aunt/uncle (Aunt Lily, Uncle Marshall....). I don't know if Ted has met "mother" yet, but I am enjoying the journey.

Why do I not remember Ted finding out that they slept together? lol. Oh well. I think that Ted is over Robin so he wasn't bothered by the fact that Barney has feelings for her. Plus it is a huge thing that Barney would have feelings for her because he typically is a ladies man shall we say and he doesn't get serious about anyone. I think it would be cool if they ended up together. They seem to be a perfect match.

Oh, it wa on ted's birthday, I think. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Barney was kidnapping Ted to do something other than the party the gang had set up for him and somehow it came out that Barney had slept with Robin, which is strictly against the "bro code". Ted kicked Barney out of the limo.
I think I missed the episode where they made peace. Can anyone else fill in how that all came about?
