Have you tried windows 7?

ya , i think they have eliminated all the unnecessary luxuries in vista, and solved a few security problems. Anyway they have not hyped it like they did for vista. How many of you have reverted to xp ,after using vista?

You want see me downloading it in a hurry, I am not one of Microsofts fans, so think I will wait until it is proven to be better than XP before the upgrade. From what I heard it seems like a tweaked Vista, what vista should have been to start with, but we will have to just wait and see, and tread carefully as well.

I don't think I'd try it until it actually came out, and even then it would end being on a computer not owned by me. After vista, it is kind of hard to get that trust for MS.

I have not try it yet. I read about it and I view some videos on youtube. It is quite nice.

I have not tried it , but I read somewhere( I belive it was on AOL) that it is very sluggish, and some computers were wiped out by it . The article said that Microsoft was only offering it for a period of time . I am pretty skeptical about trying it . They have to work the kinks out a bit more before i will download it to my pc.
