Do you drink milk?

My wife wants me to drink milk before going to sleep. It makes me feel so relax and I have a good sleep always everyday. My wife drinks warm milk before bed time. It makes me so sleepy and I feel that I am tied up on our bed. I feel that we always have a good sleep because of that. My wife always bought me a Nesvita ProHeart, she told me its for me. Well, I think she doesn't want me to leave her and she takes care of me. Do you drink milk?

Oh yes I do drink milk. My husband and I are both milk drinkers. We drink milk every day. I would make a glass of warm milk mix with Nutrilite Protein powder almost every morning and at night we both will drink milk before we go to sleep. You have a good and caring wife - love her, take good care of her and treasure her. By the way the dog picture on your avatar is very cute.

I usually just drink the milk that is in my bowl of cereal in the morning. Sometimes before I go to bed I will also drink a cup of warm milk. I really think that it does help promote sleep.

well,I usually drink milk but,not before sleep it makes me feel heavy so, I drink one in my way to university in the morning.By the way your wife is very careful and healthy.Drinking milk is very helpful my friend !!
