We have these huge sonic booms they come in pairs from the jets located at a near by air force base. This booms not only scare the bageezes out of my babies even my biggest one, my rotti. The little one my youngest baby comes running to me as they scare the crap out of him.
I also get scared from thses loud sonic booms that rattle the whole house.
Do you have these in your area? I was just curious as to how many people have these jets in their area. Do you?

There have not been any sonic booms here where I live. They are scary,I know. We use to have them when i lived in Mississippi.I would think the windows were going to break they would shake so bad. Many Blessings to you.

That is exactly how it is here. The house, windows and all rattle and it appears it even makes the house bounced from it's foundations it's so strong at times. Weird huh? Maybe I should have the structure of the fountaion and the home checked out since it has happened so strongly so many times.
I may have a problem here, hummm something to think about.

We live right near Fort Carson and Peterson Airforce base plus we are not to far from Shreiver air force base and the air force academy.
Not only do we have sonic booms sometimes we also have loud planes that scare me.
Only the German Shepard/Husky (Sheva) barks and chases sonic booms and the planes.
I gues my pets are so used to it they do not even bulge.
Sheva just likes to constantly bark.

I don;t have that in my area. however I do have fireworks that scares babies and dogs and annoy ill people in bed. We have village festas during the three summer months from July to September. We have a feast or two in nearby villages and one has to bear the fireworks' noises

We have the same thing in this area, the fourth of July and New Years Eve. The time that you can buy the fireworks for over a month and many people want to use them several times almost everyday with the ones that make loud noise.
My babies hate them to. They shake and get so scared. If I walk outside while they are exploding my rotti gets real worried about me, so much that despite his fear of them he wants to be with me.
They go on until wee hours of the morning. It is hard to sleep with the booming and whislting going on.
I do love festivals though. Just don't like the fireworks except for the finally. lol
