i know we have different tastes in the morning and it,s the mosy important meal of the day.some people eat total cereal to control their weight.i like my cocoa puffs in the morning with milk.and some like the beacon and eggs and sauguages.some peple like to eat fruit and have coffee and tea in the morning.what do you like to have for breakfast in the morning and do it have a speacil benifit for you and your family?

generally coffee, maybee a doughnut. it is very rare for me to eat anything for breakfast. unless I am out and then I will stop and get something but even then I prefer lunch food.

so you don,t like breakfast food to much in the morning well you are not a lone it a lot people like to eat pizza for breakfast can you believe that.so different taste for us all.i seen people eat some strange things in the morning like hambugers in the morning and enjoy it too.thank you for sahring

I do like breakfast pizza. lol. I like breakfast foods but I cant seem to eat in the mornings for some reason. ( unless I am out and about doing things.)

maybe when you eat it you have a need to be very active which this is good you get to burn those calories up.

what do you hate please express yourself at least you eat something to start the day since it,s the most important meal of the day.it brings your blood sugar up.

I was never able to eat breakfast all my life, only able to have a cup of tea and that was it. Now I am home no longer working and I still do not eat breakfast.

i love eggs and cheese and ham omlet.and i also eat it with hash brown and slice tomatoes.this is so good and you can add extra cheese if you are a cheese lover.

I love to have a cappachino, that gets me ready for my day. It helps alot to wake me up and ready for chores, lol. I also like to have 2 peices of toast with vegemite or either a bowel or cereal.

I almost always have either shredded wheat or Grape Nuts cereal for breakfast because they're healthy (not overly processed or sugared). If it's really cold out I might have a bowl of oatmeal or if it's really hot out I sometimes just have fruit.

i would love to eat oatmeal in the morning it,s good for the heart andit alos lowers the blood pressure many people have confessed that oatmeal really works.and to add fruit it increase your fiber that is much needed throughout the day.

hi my dear freind, i start my da with something to eat like a sandwich or a toast, or an onlette with two or three slices. it can be anything. sometimes it can be just plain toast with a cup of coffee. i dont take jam bread because i avoid sweet things and jam is toooo sweet and contain too many calories for a person like me to burn will take hell lot of time. so its better to avoid. i try going to gym, but because my kidoo dont sleep in night i cant make it in the morning to go to gym.

I eat a bowl of oatmeal to get me through the day. It is so beneficial to health. I like to eat it with a little butter, cinnamon, sugarfree syrup, with sometimes pieces of a banana in it. Oatmeal is one of my most favorite foods. I like it because it's a food that one can consume at anytime of the day or night. I also like to eat some oatmeal for desert or a snack, or for when I'm hungry for something sweet.

you are right oatmeal is good for the heart and blood presure.and cinnamon is good for you diabetes if taken daily.banana keeps your legs and feet from cramping up.oatmeal also keep you regulaly if you know what i mean.sounds like you have a healthy diet eating oatmeal so many time a day.

I am the pop-tart king. PopTarts and a pepsi cola is my breakfast of choice. when we run out of poptarts at home I will get a sausage biscuit from Mcdonalds. I prefer the biscuits from Chik-Fil-A, but that is a little bit out of my way if I am in a hurry to get to work. My wife is a coffee drinker. I am not sure she eats anything with her coffee. We aren't usually together at breakfast time with our schedules.

i love chik-fil-a because they grill there chicken and it,s not greasy to eat as a matter of fact my sis ter was a manager at chic-fil-a and she told me how healthy their food is.she was working there only eating their food and she lose a lot of weight thats why they are so expensive.

I like to ear cereal. Milk and honey nut cherios are my favorite. I also like to go to mcdonalds and order there breakfast meals. It just fills me up. Breakfast is needed everyday to stay focus and keep you healthy. I dont drink coffee though, I dont like it.

I'm not usually a breakfast type of person, but since I started trying to lose weight it has become a more important meal for me.
Lately, I've been opting for dry cereal or cereal with 2% milk. My new favorite cereal is Honey Bunches of Oats with Strawberry. I love the little bunches in the cereal and my daughter seemed to love the cereal too although I don't let her have the bunches. We also had grapes with the dry cereal this morning. Very yummy!

well with oatmeal you are protecting your heart and your blood pressure i have to eat in the morning as well so you are not a lone.it give me energy to get my day started as well as raise my blood sugar in the morning.

When I was in the Philippines my breakfast was rice plus viand and drink water. When I was in Netherlands for 1 year it was bread with sometimes cheese, sausage,chicken filet, choco pasta etc., in it and drink water.. Now I'm in Denmark, cereals and also drink water. =)

I love to start my morning with two different breakfast. I don't eat the same thing every morning. I like a bowlfull of oatmeal. I either put applesauce on it or I will put a spoonful of jam on it. I also like the flavored oatmeal. I buy the instant since I am the only one who eats it. Or I will either scramble 2 eggs or fry 2 eggs. I toast two pieces of bread and put jam on the toast. I never skip breakfast. It is too important a meal to skip it.

Hi annjilena! I know that breakfast is supposed to be the
most important meal of the day but I don't really eat
breakfast except sometimes on the weekends if I get up early
enough. I was never a big breakfast eater! I will sometimes
make my boyfriend breakfast on the weekend. He likes to eat
a big breakfast. I will make him french toast and bacon or
sausages. Or sometimes eggs, bacon, toast and orange juice
and coffee. And that is the only time I will have breakfast.

well alot of people don,t eat breakfast but a lot of them do as your boyfriend it gets them going for the day.some people eat very light in the morning and eat their heaviest meal at lunch time.

Personally I am lucky if I even get to eat toast. I usually just make my girls breakfast and then get to work on keeping the house tiddy, doing my homework and playing with my kids. I try to eat with them some days and when I do it is usually when they have waffles. I am actually pretty happy just having coffee in the mornings, without it I am pretty grumpy in the morning.
