You can, of course. As mentioned by the other person, you can try Adobe Flash or PowerPoint or few other Adobe products. But considering that you want to make this a video, you will need voice and sound too. I believe there are a couple of voice-related applications provided by Adobe. You might want to check them out. Anyway, you can try to come out with some related pictures and use voice acting. This method is pretty widely used nowadays and I kind of like the way. Pretty creative.
