Paypal Question

Well just a warning, you need to be 18 to have a Paypal Account, if they find out you are younger then they will lock your account so it's probably best not to disclose your age or anything which points to an age in a forum. This is more true when you are psoting about Online Payment Processors whom all have the 18 year old qualification. I find it unusual that a site would ask for credit card details IF they are using Paypal for purchases. You could question the site asking why it would be necessary to disclose personal information since Paypal would have such records. The only thing I can think of is if the site is using it for other identification, still it makes me a little uneasy. Perhaps you might try to find the product you want from E-Bay or Amazon

Not that I am aware of. If you are not of age then you need to transfer your money into your parents or guardians acount and have them okay you to use their debit or whatever card they have with that account. They want to go online with you to make the purchase or whatever. But, I am relatively sure that you will have to do this sort of thing until you are of age.

Hm, not sure why it is asking for a credit card number except maybe one thing. Paypal requires that, for a verified account, it be tied into a bank account or something like that. The verification process consists of you giving them a bank account info and they send two small amounts of money and you tell them how much they sent. THere are other ways but that's the most common. Anyway, I imagine if paypal didn't have some sort of bbackup funding source or whatever, maybe that's why it moaned. Some websites and things are really picky about people under 18 using them. Technically, I don't know that most kids would be supposed to use paypal as it generally requires a bank account, and most kids do not have those. Not sure what to tell you.

Simply get done though someone elses' account who already have a bank account. And most importantly you have had financial relations with.

You need to give one of it to activate your paypal account. Paypal needs one of them to activate your account.

I assume that you still unverified paypal member, because the transaction need creditcard so i have 2 prediction / suggestion what happened to your paypal account : 1. You almost overlimit your quota . As unverified member you only can sent $100, and it's acumulated from the beginning you register . If you want to buy something and the total sent transaction in your account will overlimit, paypal will ask for your creditcard to get verified and lift the $100 limit. 2. Walmart maybe only accept payment from verified paypal member, so you need to input your credit card to get verified.

I guess you need to have a verified paypal account before you can purchase something there at Walmart. I haven't bought anything there but that could be the case coz if they dont need a verified one, you can directly purchase any product there as long as you have a sufficient funds on your paypal account.. Try to contact their email or ask their Customer Service.

this is possible if only when the website you are buying things should have the payment mode through pay pal.............. why not you try to buy things from any other site.

Since you are underage, you should have to find someone who is old enough to help you, most probably your parents will lent a hand...
