I adore Cooper cheese. It's almost like a blend of sharp and American, very smooth, but yet has just a little bite. It makes a good macaroni and cheese dish if mixed with a sharper cheddar, too. It really is quite difficult to decide on just one cheese as my fav, though. I sometimes think that I was a mouse in a former life. :)

I love fried Halumi. It's wonderful. It has just the right amount of salt and taste. Yummmm

It's from Cyprus. I had it the first time when I was there on vacation. My favorite restaurant has a salad they put about half a cup of small cubed fried Halumi on it. it's heaven.

hello artchick
i like all different kinds of cheese myself. but i would have to say that my favorite kind of cheese is bleu cheese. and i love bleu cheese salad dressing. i have even tried my own homemade versions of bleu cheese dressings. the best bleu cheese salad dressing that i have ever tasted before is at the old spaghetti factory.
take care and have a beautiful evening.

i must admit that i have always been afraid to try the bleu cheese! my dad loves it and tries to get me to eat it but when i look at it i kind of get repulsed. maybe i should try closing my eyes and eating it...

I love almost every kind of cheese, although mozarella is my favorite.
I can eat the cheese with nothing else.
Sometme I make myself a piece of bread with sour cream, cheese and lots of onion.Yaaami!
Or, an omlet and put on top some feta cheese and any other cheese I'm happening to have at home at that moment.
or, spaghetti and feta cheese,or fillo dough filed with all kind of cheese and in the oven.

Probably if I had to only pick one, I'd pick medium cheddar. I like the sharp cheddar too but I am not sure that, if I had to pick just one, say, to eat for the rest of my life that I would want it to be that one. But mostly I just like cheese.

Sharp cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, goat/feta cheese. Honestly, I like all kinds of cheeses and I have yet to try on that I didn't like. I just love cheese.

I love cheese! All cheese tastes good when eaten with the right things, imo. My very favorite is Extra Sharpe White Cheddar made in Vermont. And my favorite way to eat is melted on toast (sour dough bread is best!)

I love cheese. I like just about every kind. The only one I really don't like is bleu cheese. I used to not like Feta, but then I tried it. Now I love it. My favorite is probably an extra sharp cheese though. I like it when it is so sharp it has a bite.
