So today we had strawberries for dessert. And I was really happy to see them because I like strawberries. What made it even more enjoyable was the dip I prepared! We had sour cream in the fridge so I dipped the strawberries in it and then dipped it in brown sugar. it's so good! If you have strawberries in your country, you should try this strange but delightful combination. I'm sure you'll love it too.

Hmm, not really a fan of strawberries and we rarely get them around these parts but I will take your word for it knowing that you love food as much as I do.
When and if we get to buy strawberries again Ill be sure to try out your dessert combo.

Hi mimico, we could get our local freshly plucked strawberries only when we visiting the mountain resorts here. Many are available as well in the hypermarkets here. Of course they are not as fresh as those freshly got from the garden. When we visit the strawberries garden customers are allowed to pick and pluck their desirable fruits from the plants straight away.
The gals there would then wash and put the fruits in a fruit box and spread some white or brown sugar which we wish as topping and it is to top seal after that. The sweet and sour, and juicy strawberries are really delicious to eat with some sugar added to it.
I think your way of eating such fruits is more delicio p[/em] and I would try it out by dipping them into sour cream and brown sugar as well if I get it from the hypermarket later on.
Happy posting and take care.

that sounds pretty good...a lot of people get thrown off by the mention of sour cream with fruit but i'll have to try that sometime
bananas also taste good with sour cream. i like to slice up my banana, put 2 spoons of sour cream in the bowl and then add some white sugar to it and mix it up and its really yummy!

I'm not sure what to think about that combination.
Next time I have all those things at home I will try it.
