For such a simple food, I've heard it prepared a bunch of different ways. I tend to eat mine as a seasoned pasta, but I know some people who eat it as a soup with the water still in it, some who add vegetables, some who eat it dry.
How do you prepare ramen noodles?
I've been having a lot of it lately, as I'm on a new budget... and I'm trying to gather more ways to eat this pasta cube. Healthy ideas, of course, are appreciated, as I don't want my budget to turn into a health problem!

We don't have Ramen noodles here but we have instant noodles too and that would be just the same. My favourite style would be Soup Noodles with Crispy Mini Chicken Wings. Super tasty and it tastes really wonderful.

i understand what you mean about budget !!!!
I have made some weird combinations with the noodles like just eating them as the soup but adding things to it like some vingear and ranch and cheese and sometimes hotsauce

I've seen people eat it raw, or with straining the noodles ( I believe though am not sure). I myself am not one keen to this particular dish, so I can't suggest anything really.

I love Ramen noodles, but the one thing that I have stopped doing is adding the flavoring packet that comes with it; it's packed with sodium. I boil a couple of packets, add some butter, low fat, mix in some shredded cheese, any kind that is shredded, a little pepper or garlic powder and maybe toss in some peas, corn. That is more of a side dish.
For a quick meal when it's my hubby and I, I'll fry up some ground beef, or thinly slice up left over pork chops, or chicken from another meal, toss that in with the boiled noodles and add a can of cream of mushroom soup. I use half a can and toss all that together. A little salad off the side and it's a cheap meal.

I just put a little bit of water in the pan and put the noodles in for 30 seconds.
Then I fry them in Butter with the seasoning.
Sometimes I put Parmesan Cheese on it.
