Pregnancy Question - Ladies advice please :)

My partner and I are trying to have babies, how long does it take for symptoms of pregnancy to start, I felt very nauseous sick this morning and it would have been 2 weeks since ovulation so I would only be a couple of weeks pregnant.

I really didn't feel sick at all during any part of my pregnancy. Although 2 weeks after ovulation, i was super tired! I wanted to sleep all the time!

My wife didn't feel any sickness until a couple of months into the pregnancy.
