Any prospector out there?

I am in tennessee but, i work in the oil and gas field so i traval all the time.I carry a gold pan,sluice and metal detector ever where i go. Log on and tell us about you and your traval,finds,tools and anything you want to talk about.Share a few locations or tech's used.

Hey yeah, I now there is a bunch of geodes much better than the ones I've had here. They are in Taiwan and have huge and I do mean huge amythisists in them. Those are the biggest ones I've seen. Anyone care to share what you have and where it is? Yes, we do want to know.

You bet I don't know a prospector alive that does not hunt rocks as well. but, taiwan is known best for its jade and a some of the best people that you are ever going to met. let alone the food.Have you been to an other places?

Yes, I sure have. I was going to mention the jade an numerous other stones that Taiwan has. I love it there for the same reasons as you mentioned. The people are wonderful. I didn't meet not one bad or mean person there in all of the many times I was there.
I've also been to Canada several times in my lifetime, while I was younger and in my adult years I've been there about three or four times. I would also go through there to get to upstate New York. I have some wonderful pictures of my daughter there when she was just a couple of months old.
I've been to China and several times the Philippines as well as several times to Thailand.
These are all the best places to go if anyone ever gets a chance to.
There are other places that I've wanted to go to but didn't get a chance.
