Here is yet another awesome shot of an ice crystal on my windows here in Minnesota. I edited this only by changing the color to blue toned. I think it looks like some type of floral display actually. Maybe even some floral wallpaper maybe for a bathroom etc? What do you see? What do you think of this photo? Than ks all.

Out of all your crystal postings this is my fav. The blue mingled with the elegant textures is magnificent. I absolutely love the clarity and the focus on this photo. Truly a gem to catch. congrats :) I look forward to more as always.

Oh gosh! It's so long since I saw those!
In the days when there was no central heating and no idea of 'double glazing', we used to see patterns like that on our bedroom windows every morning, almost, in winter.
If you could stand the pain, you could put your hand on the window until the ice melted and then watch as the hand print froze over again. Sometimes we would heat pennies (a large copper coin in those days) on the stove and press them against the window to make a little peep-hole onto a magical frost covered garden. Other times we would not disturb the magical ferns and fronds but instead would be transported into a white landscape of imaginings. Like clouds or smoke, the more one looked, the more one could see crystal forests and pathways and mythical beasts in the random patterns of crystals on the pane.

This and othjers I've posted are off of windows that are single pain g;lass in my old house. I do discussions along this line a lot actually as my friends here love seeing the beauty of ice crystals. Check out others I have in discussions if youi wish. Thanks for dropping in my discussion as well. I do the hands on the window as well. I also blow on it to make a peep hole at times.

Maybe someday I'll do a book or something.
Maybe in time you'll see them at an Art Museum?
HAH!
Thanks also.

Its beautiful and this could be used as a beautiful theme for a tropical bathroom decore. If you added some seashells, ships and ocean pics, it would be awesome. I think you have taken sme awesome pictures.

Aren't you tired of the cold? I would be so tired of all the frost by now I guess you cannot wait till spring.

Hi Grandpa Bob! It looks amazing! I do love the photo and the blue tone. It looks like a collage of fern leaves that were submerged in resin. It could be a very nice decorative piece of artwork that can be made into a paper weight or any decorative artwork. Great shot!
Take care and have a great day!

Saviour-V teleports in...
Hmmm, I wonder if God would mind me stealing His copyrighted art and making it into something of my own? It's very tempting, except that I can't draw to save my life... ^_~
That really is a wonderful piece of Art. I mean, you'd have trouble just trying to copy it to glass in all its entirety. And use that to make some unique tiles for a bathroom, like you said.
It's simply amazing. Honestly.
Saviour-V grins, and teleports out...

Hey Grandpa Bob! I really like this one alot! It would really
make nice wallpaper for the bathroom! It looks like a fern
or some type of feathery flower. And I especially like it
because it is blue, my favorite color! It is very calming
looking! One of my favorites for sure!
