Pizza Hut Sucks!

I am actually living in the Philippines and specifically here in Manila that actually when they deliver pizza they really make it faster or on time because if they will be late the policy here is that the Pizza will be free as long as the customer is using the palm card. The services here inside the restaurant are actually still okay though at times they are slow. Oh well since they must be competitive enough compare to other Pizza restaurants like Yellow Cab.

aclually Pizza Hut checking the Quality of their services twice a month, they hire mistery shopper to do that.as far as I know from what you stated above, the services Quality of Pizza Hut in your area is below the standard, you can complain about that to them, and they should listen. if you wonder wh I know about the standard an the Quality checking of Pizza HUt is because I work as Mistery shopper for them, I regulary check the Quality of Pizza hut In my town

Pizza Hut is my favorite fast food pizza place. I haven't eaten there much lately. The only time I ever eat there is for the lunch buffet. The pizza is great, and the price is only about a dollar or two more than CiCis (which has terrible pizza in my opinion). It is way too expensive to order a Pizza Hut pizza. I'm a college student and would rather have a reasonably priced pizza which isn't as good. The service is always terrible when we go for the buffet. We only go because the pizza is good. They are normally slow replacing pizzas, and the people in general are rude. Its a shame, because if Pizza Huts were well run, they could be a very successful business.

i haven't ordered from pizza hut for more than a year now, and i'm sorry you're experiencing those problems. maybe a solution to the delivery problem can be picking it up? sometimes i prefer to pick up than to get delivered.. but if you are switching, you should try dominoes. they have some good deals and you can track their pizza deliveries. pretty neat feature. good luck!

ya.. you are right. it takes more than 45 minutes to get a pizza by home delivery. I don't know what's wrong with pizza hut. May be the number of customers is growing beyond their expectation or they have less employees to work for them. Pizza Hut prices are also higher than dominos & smo jo.
