contactknb ok, I just replayed to earlier your post. anyways there shouldn't any problem in transferring the money if your balance is $20. Minimum $10 balance is required to make the transfer. Bank's with IFSC code can only accept the payments from paypal.

contactknb hi, you need minimum $10 to transfer in your bank account. The bank must have an IFSC (Indian Financial system code) code. You can search for you bank's IFSC code on internet or you can check in the bank itself.
