As much as possible, when transferring money from my paypal to my local bank account, I withdraw all funds off of my paypal for safety purposes. And yes, you need to have at least $10 to transfer an account to your local bank and it will have varying bank charges as well.

i was like that before, i had a $0 amount of money in my paypal and i couldnt transfer a money from my bank account to my paypal, i can only withdraw it from paypal to bank account. why ? because that's the rule between paypal and banks in my country. then what if we need money to buy something from our $0 paypal ? u gotta find a paypal administrator in ur country (if ur country has it). a paypal admistrators are the people who already has a money in their paypal account, and they sell it for those who still have $0 money. with a current exchange rate of course. let say u already have a money in ur paypal, u still have to link ur credit card to ur paypal account. that's the hardest part i think, if u dont have a credit card. although they will only need $1.95 for the verification fee, and they will turn it back to as a bonus coz u've verified user. my suggestion is, u better mylotting more lol so u can reach the payout limit and send it to ur paypal account, so u wont have a $0 money again there =)

hi, you need minimum $10 to transfer in your bank account. The bank must have an IFSC (Indian Financial system code) code. You can search for you bank's IFSC code on internet or you can check in the bank itself.
