Mine is dark brown. My wife's dark brown as well. I guess most Asians have brown eyes unless they're mixed. I have cousins who have different colour eyes as I have uncles & aunties that intermarry. So there's dark brown, light brown, hazel, etc, hahaha

I have brown eyes. The same for both of my girls. My son is the "odd man out" with blue eyes. He's also the only blond in the family.

This is very strange but my eyes are green and my parents have brown eyes. I like to make the jokes that I was switched at birth. If it weren't for other features I share with my parents I might believe they aren't my parents. heh

Maybe you got your eyes from a grandparent or a great grandparent. I know I think sometimes I look more like my grandmother than I do my parents. In fact, when I was a teenager, I found a picture of my grandma when she was about my age and I thought it was me for a minute, then I realized it wasn't me and I asked my mom who it was in the picture and she said it was my grandma. It is really amazing how we get so many traits from our grandparents. I guess some characteristics like to skip a generation sometimes.

Although many times I wish that I had dark brown or black eyes since I just love dark eyes. I have blue eyes and my husband has green eyes. Ours are just like our parents like most people.

I have blue eyes, but in reality they are blue green, more like aqua marine. My mother had blue eyes, and my father had blue green hazel eyes, so I got the mixture. It also depends on what I wear as to what my eyes take off. I used to wear blue a lot and when I got my Canadian citizenship papers, that is what they look at then.

My eyes are hazel...I'm the only one in family with colored eyes..everyone else has brown. My grandpa had hazel eyes I think. so that must be where i got mine from.
my niece has blue eyes too. both her parents have brown. so she got them from me. :P not really..but we are the only colored eye babys.

I have brown eyes. I'm pretty sure I got my eye color from my mom as my dad has blue eyes. However I don't remember if his mother (my paternal grandmother) had brown eyes or blue, so whose to say, but most likely I got it from my mom. My husband also has blue eyes as well as our oldest son. However our youngest son has brown eyes, like me.

I have my mother's brown eyes, but my father had blue eyes. My brother, who also has my mothers brown eyes, has a son who somehow got my dad's blue eyes. I've mentioned my nephew before (He is half Brazilian.) His coloring is such a beautiful brown with dark brown hair, and then my dad's brilliant blue eyes. They are stunning.

I have hazel eyes. My father and eldest sister both have dark brown eyes, and my mother and middle sister both have blue eyes. I'm smack in between on the color spectrum! Also in terms of hair color and height! It's kind of funny how that goes...

Actually my husbands family has coloured eyes. My father in law had blue eyes, then all his children got black eyes, his grandchildren got eyes of various colours ranging from blue to hazel to brown to green. All th eir children got black eyes again. So I guess the coloured genes are skipping one generation and appearing in the next. My eyes are deep black. My husband has light brown eyes. My son is again black.

When I was a little girl...second grade maybe...our teacher gave us each a little plastic mirror so we could look at our eyes and talk about the colors. I started
to cry because I couldn't figure out what color mine were! They had blue, green and even some brown in them. They're hazel but I didn't know that then. My eye color changes depending on what I'm wearing. They don't change as drastically as they used to but I can still bring out the green pretty easily.
