I never use any kind of artificial sweeteners. I always use sugar also. It makes the food taste the best.

I use sugar and sugar only.. I never use anything other than sugar when baking and I try artificial sweetener only once in a blue moon.. I have always used sugar and it has never hurt me so far, so I will continue using it.. I think the apple fritter that I am eating now is full of sugar or at least it tastes like it, but it is so good along with my hot cup of coffee..

After all I have found out about sugar, it is poison to me. It causes all kinds problems.Check ot this website, and there are other sites with more information, but this one is basic. http://www.healingdaily.com/detoxification-diet/sugar.htm
I use either stevia or a chicory root sweetner, both bake like sugar, no carbs or calories.

I use splenda on my coffee. For baking, I use sugar.. white and brown, whatever the recipe calls for.

I buy those easy to make baking mixes where I only have to add an egg and slab of butter. I don't add any extra sugar or sweeteners. Mind you I don't bake as much other than chocolate chip cookies and blueberry muffins. I do use Equal sugar in my coffee though.

I usually use regular sugar in everything. But when it comes to artificial sweetner I only like splenda.

I have decided to go natural whenever possible. As such, I avoid any artificial sweeteners such as Splenda or NutraSweet. While there are more calories in sugar and honey than there are in the artificial sweeteners, I really just don't trust that 'fake' is safe.
Besides, no matter what the commercials say, the fake ones really don't taste like sugar at all.
