It keep the mattress from getting sinkin spot in it and then having a bed that would really be uncomfortable. It is hard to sleep if you have dips in the bed not only does it dip but it gets hard and does not sleep well. You shouldn't sleep on the sofa this is bad for your back, I have been told this from my physical therapist.

I have a slight case of that, I'm told. My major malfunctions though are hip and pelvic displacia and 5...count them 5 vertibrae that are diteriorated. One of them is in two pieces which I was born that way. Many american indians are. The bone moves out of place one iota and I'm in really bad pain.

Hi dude, I think the problem is not because the bed alone, but comfortable space that we occupy at least for a rest, sometimes when we get back the body feels tired activity we will not have time to clean up first and then sleep, sleep that causes us discomfort. My suggestion is try to reset your bed, made as comfortable as possible and familiarize settle back after wearing them. Accustom themselves to the discipline and routine to do it, feel the difference.
