would you rather mix your own coffee or have the prepared 3 in 1 sachet?

mix your own coffee or the prepared 3 in 1 sachet available in store?
wait, how good or how bad is coffee to your health? im not really a coffee lover and im even very sensitive to it that i usually palpitate after a few minutes of having 1 cup but its the only choice i have to keep myself alive at night.
any other suggestions you would want to share with me on what to take or do during crappy nights that you have to stay awake all night because of so much things left for you to do, which is more helpful, with health benefit as possible and that would not drain you during the day?

I prefer to mix my own coffee, I prefer coffee powder rather than coffee instant. Because already drinking coffee every day, does not have the heart palpitate again. Drinking coffee to stay awake, and does not affect the time sleep. And sometimes I drink coffee 3 in 1, not everyday.
Happy myLotting.

I stick with my coffee. I have been a coffee drinker for many years. I drink 3 cups a day in the morning. Keeps me going all day. If I have to stay up at night I will drink a cup of tea. Coffee is good for you they just did some research and found it has heart benefits.

my teacher also told us once that coffee is good and you can drink upto 6-7 cups at most a day..but i also read one article that it can cause heart problems, that's ironic when you just said it has heart benefits.. but anyways, thanks moneymommy..
