Yes I sell on ebay, I am a power seller. I love it, it can be alot of fun, but it also can be a big hassle. I have had to deal with some difficult customers, but I ave also had some terrific customers. If you are interested in looking at my listings, go to www.grammasmagic.com that will take you to my ebay listings. I am grammasmagic on ebay. I have sold iRobot Roomba vacuums, Euro Shark cordless vacuums, dartboards, poker tabletops, tools, egyptian cotton sheet sets, also several other things. Good luck to you if you decide to be a seller, it can be lots of work, but you can also make money doing it. December was a good month with holiday shopping, this month not much has been happening.

I agree the postage is outrageous! I usually had to end up paying more postage than what I quoted the person to pay, so I also was losing money and it wasn't worth it!

well i am selling something on ebay now. Just search for Twilight Desk Calendar and you'll see a fuschia-ish bordered Twilight picture. That's the one i'm selling at a very affordable price.
Haha.
That's the only thing i could think of selling in ebay right now since i just want to clear out the few stocks i have left. I hope people buy more of my calendars.
Oh well wish me luck everyone!

I've sold one thing on eBay... A trading card. It wasn't too long ago actually, my first sale and it was sold to someone in France. I'm not sure if I will sell on eBay again once everyones takes their fees it's not really worth it, well for trading cards it doesnt seem like it. Besides cards I don't know what else I could sell.

Hi,
I tend to sell odds & ends that get put in the attic once we've finished with them. It saves having to do a car boot sale, I don't like cold sunday mornings!! I don't make much but you do have to be careful with postage otherwise you will end up losing money.
Last night I sold some car handbooks for a car I had written off last year by some lovely woman!! I didn't think these would sell however I was happy when they made much more than anticipated. It is very hit & miss on Ebay, especially at the moment as the High Street is very competative at the minute.
If you just want to have a clear out it's a great way to make a little money but if you want to become a full time seller, find something everyone needs, research all suppliers, haggle a good price and sell at slightly less than everyone else. Most of all be honest have good comms & friendly wether selling or buying!!

I used to sell quite a bit of stuff on Ebay, but then it became such a chore that I got impatient and yes admittedly a bit lazy and bored with it, the process of listing the item and then hoping they will pay for the item, then wrapping it up and taking it down the post office, the Paypal fees and the Ebay fees, you weren't left with much money after all that hassle, so now I prefer to give anything I don't want any more to charity, that way they get the benefit I don't have the work and I feel I have done my bit for people who are less off than me and for animals too! I mostly buy from Ebay now. I can't remember the last thing I actually sold, too long ago now, it's just too much work for so little gain.

I'm not selling anything on Ebay right now. I've never actually sold anything on there right now. I think money is too tight to pay Ebay so much of what is sold and have to worry about shipping costs and everything else. I'm really not looking forward to those fees.

I sell my artwork on ebay.
I think that people might do well selling books on ebay but I really don't know for sure.
I wish I could be more helpful.
Good luck to you.
Have a very good day.

I have sold a couple things on ebay. Nothing spectacular. I didn't like my customers though I was very surprised at how rude some people are! One told me her package came damaged to the point that things were falling out, which I knew couldn't be possible. But to make her happy I told her I would refund her money, but then she persisted that I refunded her shipping also!! Was she nuts! Nobody gets refunds on shipping! But she threatened to give me a bad name on ebay, which I didn't want since I had just started. So I gave the not so nice person what they wanted! I was so frustrated!!
I do plan on trying to start sellin again though. I have a really great idea that one of my friends gave me to make and sell. Sorry, I can't tell you what it is just yet When I start selling them, then I will tell you. Good luck if you try! Hope you don't run into the same problems I had.
