have you discovered Ravelry yet? Its the best place to get access to free and published patterns on teh web, and everyone there is so friendly if you get stuck with a technique. I recommend it to everyone these days :)

I have a wonderful pattern for a beaded and sequined crocheted dress for a Barbie doll, but it would need to be mailed to you. Also I have old doilie patterns, and again it would work better to mail them. I inherited some of the patterns from my Mom when she passed away and the others I have collected in my travels.
