How frequent do you format your system ?

As frequent as When my system start to slow down. I do it frequently because I dont have an antivirus installed on my computer. I am not worried if I will format my computer because I save my important files in another harddrive.

Once a month? Is it not affecting your hard disk? That's too often. For me, I always use system restore. I always format my pc when there are major viruses that can't kill my antivirus, maybe once a year. Happy mylotting!

Well it's how much the problem is big or not if I can go on I won't format it but if it will not let me go on using my pc smoothly or atleast a bit smoothly I would give it a format

I never tried formatting my pc before.When my pc is acting slow i just simply check it for viruses,repair registry errors and defrag the disk drives.Just simple maintenance.

When i find there is some problem such as my computer slowing down

while there is a full of virus then i will check the antivirus update and clean my system. Even after cleaning the system is not working as properly i would like format at that time. some times operating systems files also currupting with virus. at that time i would like to repair the operating system files or format the system.

I do not format hard disk very often, but when i feel like i get problems with my hard disk and i frequently get a blue screen error i do a format. I have always this fear or feeling that formatting hard disk too many times can spoil it.

As long as the problem is still minor, I keep on using it. but when the problem is major like it always crashed or my office applications are affected, then it's time to reformat. I think I reformat my PC for about 3 times a year. Happy myLotting!

I always install a new windows when my system look sluggish. For me once a month is just a little long, Haha, usually I format my C drive once two week. Mostly because of the virus. It seem it's easy to effect the virus and crash. I always download many film from the internet. Happy mylotting!

I woant format whole system but I format my C drive when I install new windows.

no i use system restore. i know system formate gives you a full clean up and a good but aftre some time your system become slow. because again again formate syatem hard disk support is slowly slowly down. and after formate again install all the software , this is very boring for me. i usally formate my system in three to six months or other case when viruses are very powerful in my system. once i formate my system and after instalation all software i creat a restore ponit and after any problem i restore to than point. thats all. have a nice day friend.
