I never peel my apples. The peel is the most nutritious part of the apple.

I like my apples peeled. They are just much easier to eat and then you don't get peel stuck in your teeth either. But I hate taking the time to peel it so I never do. I usually just won't eat one.

I eat the peeling. I also rarely peel the apple for my grandkids or other kids. the peeling is good for them. It is fiber and it also contains just below it the most concentration of the vitamins. Peeling removes that much of the healthiness. I have never had a kid who after a bit of whining who did not finish eating the apple even though it didn't get peeled. If they want it bad enough they will eat it with the peeling.

I like to eat my apple whole with the skin on and it is good that way. The fiber in
the skin is good for you and I dont think it is too tough to eat at all.
I like the flavor of apples and the way that they are easy to eat. Apples are good
for your digestion also and are a wonderful fruit. I really like apples.

yes, i do. i hate the thick skin of an apple. i do eat them w/out being peled sometime. it depends on the apple, i think.

I like to eat the apple with peel because it makes you "do business" easier. But I peel it off when I make soup otherwise it makes the soup sour.

I like to eat apples peeled off. But I'll eat the peeled skins too afterward. Both have different tastes and I like to taste them separately.
My son wants the apple peeled and cut into pieces.

When I was young, we use to peel the apple, and have it sliced since we couldn't finish a whole apple on our own. Then it went on to having the apple cut into two, and using a spoon we'd scrape the inside and have fun finishing it. Then finally we ended having to just slice the apple without peeling the skin. The apple taste much sweeter when it is peeled..but there is an exquisite taste when having the skin as well...for me I guess it depends on my mood and how I want the apple to taste when I'm eating at that time.. :) ..enjoy the apples.

I love the peel, that is part of the roughage, the fibre which your body needs! Providing the skin is washed beforehand then I will eat it, besides I am far too lazy to get a knife and peel the apple, I just bite into it, sometimes I am that lazy I don't even wash it, well I've eaten apples all my life and I am quite healthy, a friend of mine won't eat any vegetable or fruit with it's peel on it which I think is very fussy, especially when he asks his other half to cut the cucumber peel off that is hilarious and I always tease him about it.

hi
no i don't like apple peeled. as its of no use then i eating an apple. its most nutritive part is then thrown away.its skin provides nutrients and vitamins to our body. if you kids don't like the skin instead of peeling boil the apple with skin smash and give them you add butter or cheese for more taste. or else simple make milk shake adding apple in it. but try to eat apples with skin.

hi
i like to eat apple with skin itself.its good for health and teethes also.
there are only 47 calories in an average sized apple.the secrete behind the super antioxidant capacity of the apple is in its skin. The apple skin alone provides two to six times the antioxidant activity of the apple flesh alone. So it is important to eat the skin to obtain the full health benefits of apples.
There are many different varieties of apples, and each of these varieties has their own unique skin color. Along with these differences in skin color come differences in the chemical make up of the skin itself, as the phytonutrient content varies in concentration and types of polyphenols present.
