Which cereals/corn flakes u like the most?

I like the whole grain ones too but every once in a while a sugar coated corn flake (like Frosted Flakes) is nice for a little treat.

I too like them a lot. i love to eat Special K, i like Kellogs wheat scoops with cold milk . i like corn flakes a lot as i like its crunchy taste and feel in the mouth. i enjoy it in cold milk a lot and i can eat that not only in breakfst but all in rest of the day too. wheat and maize are the most energy giving cereals to human body. i love them with milk .
