Cookie bars,yogurt cake,carmel apples are just to name a few I actually know how to make.I am very partial to fruit and chocolate but not together. I love alot of sweets which is bad I know but I maintain it:)I would love to hear some of your quick easy deserts.You know the kind when there is barely anything in the house but you whip up something great anyway!! Thanks!

I don't know whether anyone see this as a dessert because in southern most part of india(Kerala) it's a breakfast.
It's actually rice dumplings filled with coconut and jaggery.
You can take two cup ricepowder. add salt. then mix it with boiled water to make a dough(Mix while the water is still hot). The dough should not be too sticky or too hard.
Mix grated coconut and grated jaggery.
Now make a small ball with the dough just the size of a small guava fruit.
then press it between your hands. you will get a flat round shape. fill it with th coconut and jaggery. Steam it to cook.
You can actually find something different easy desserts if you search on the web for easy indian desserts.
