btrcooky 16 hours is a lot. The most I have ever done in one day is 10 hours. I have gone on long driving trips all over the country that took weeks to complete. But I was not the only one driving.

btrcooky Four days a week I walk for about an hour. I try to do some working out for strength in my areas. I am not on a schedule when it comes to that. I do it when I think about it.

btrcooky I would go back to some of my favorite vacations and relive them. Some of them from childhood would be fun to do as an adult. Like skiing vacations. I wonder if I would be as good as I was as a little kid flying down the slopes.
