Does anyone use the ratings?

I always rate the users, because is not a hard thing to do, especially if i like the responses.

Yes I do, every discussion I response I see to it to give them + ratings. Well, everybody deserves it. But If the poster seems telling some non-sense things I just ignore it and don't rate anything. It's hard to give - but I do before. Keep on posting and enjoy being here. Aim high here in mylot..reach for the payout..Have a nice day!

I noticed the + and - signs a few months ago, and i do rate everyone's comments. I think they're awesome. I rarely give someone a negative, as everyone's comments are always so positive and supportive and helpfull. I only give a negative to someone who's being nasty.

First of all....let me welcome you to myLot, I cannot speak for others, but you are not alone...I was somewhere around your posts..when I noticed the little ratings boxes! But, I will tell you...I have never rated a discussion negative, if I find it offends me, or is not pertinent...I just do NOT rate it! Enjoy your days...and times here! Cheers!

sometime i will use them but most of time i will forget about them unless someone makes a post or start a discussion that really "awe me" plus i always rate the ones who reply to my discussions or post that a must for me because they deserve some kind of reward especially when they help you with a problem...

I used ratings when I first joined. I thought it was a way to get more payed but I really dont know what it does. Ive tried rating like 3-5 people a day. I think it just raises peoples lvls in discussions. I wonder what the negative button does. Make people lower in stats or something? It doesnt really make a difference to me. I might just stop doing it if nothing happens.

I read that rating responses to discussions helps to boost your own rating so I went through and rated every good response on every discussion I came across...for like a day, then I forgot about it.
