This is really a mind-boggling thing to me. Who in this world didn't have anything to do with their time...layed back and sat back up....repeatly until he got abs? What idiot said "I just discovered sit-ups?"

cindy2003 I think sit ups are great. They do tone your stomach and a few other places up. They're ideal, and i love doing sit ups. Keeps you fit and healthy also. Nothing wrong with situps.

If you could be an animal, which one would you be and why?

I would be a dolphin. They're so smooth and silky to touch and such beautiful creatures, and always swimming around, and always in water. I love water so much, and i love dolphins too.

for example, at 100 posts, you get the star next to your name with the numbers in them, at 200 you can do something else. Can someone please tell me what they are. I'm still kind of learning in mylot. Thankyou in advance
