Hello my fellow mylotters. I've been offline for about 2 weeks. My internet got disconnected and when I had it resolved, I've been trying to log in on my PTC sites. I've been clicking at Neobux for a long time now or since I've joined there 8 months ago. I've been trying to log in for 2 days now and until this very hour, I wasn't successful. I've tried everything. I've consulted my friends about this and told me to try to clear my cookies which I've done and it's still the same. I've tried recovering my password and also my username but it wasn't recognized. Have you ever experienced this with Neobux or with any other PTC sites? What did you do to resolve this because I really missed clicking. I tried to enter the forum to get support but I can't get through. HUGZ to all.

i experience the same situation when my mom passed away last July 2008, i am out of the internet for more than 3 weeks. When i open my Isabelmarco account can no longer log-in. So until now i never come back to the time open another account. I think Neobux can open again your account if it is not blocked. But i think it's only 2 weeks, i think Neobux will block your account if no activity within 1 month.

You're right. You were the one who knows how long I haven't been online. It's only been 2 weeks. I've tried everything as what I've said when we were chatting awhile ago. And my username and password weren't recognized. I don't know what's wrong. Anyway, thanks for the help. HUGZ.

U are not the first person to have problems logging in to neobux.. There was a same case like yours a couple of days ago, but i'm sure not if hers is solved yet.. Like u, she also recovered her password and all, but yet she cant log in too..
As for myself, i dun have any problems in logging in because i'm always been quite active there.. As for now, a possiblity will be, your account might have been deleted by neobux due to being inactive.. MAybe u can try contacting them instead??

Hi dhangski..I had a lot of problems with Neobux shortly after joining them as they didn't recognize my password either, in the end I gave up as they didn't give me any real help to get back onto the site so I joined using another name..once again the same thing happened but a fellow mylotter was on there and she got intouch with admin' there with no avail...so really I don't know what you can do...littleowl

Hi Dhang, welcome back. I don't think neobux will blocked or possibly delete you from their server for just 2 weeks of inactivity. If you have already done cleaning your cashe and same thing happen. Maybe it was the url link that has triggered it. If you bookmarked the old link, it will not let you login. For some reason, it happens to me before as i couldn't understand why i couldn't login to my account. Try to put https instead of the usual http link, since neobux is a secured site. Notice if you get back to your personal account from neobux forum, the link change from non secured to secured link. I hope this helps. If not, then try contact the admin or moderator for help and information.
Big hugs to ya. xxx

Hi dhangski
,Sad to hear that from you. What happened. Is your computer was attacked by a virus? As what your friends says, you should clear the cookies. You may try this procedure. This might help or hopefully this helps you.
1. Go to Tools.
2. Then look for "Clear Private Data"
3. After that you may refresh your computer.
4. You may turn it off for at least five minutes.
I hope this will be helpful. And hopefully, you can log in to your account already.Have a nice day ahead!!!![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)
