I'm not a vegetarian, but I hold nothing against those who are -- I don't make jokes at their expense or act like there's something wrong with them. I've tried a vegetarian diet, got all the proper protein from other sources. Frankly, I didn't feel as good and energetic as I do on a non-vegetarian diet. That said, I do try to eat at least one vegetarian meal each week, I don't gorge myself on meat, it's typically the smallest portion on my plate, and if I'm out with vegetarian or vegan friends, I'll order a meal with no meat. Because while some make that dietary choice for health reasons, I know more who make that choice for the animals. I'd rather eat a good vegetarian meal than have someone upset over dinner because I'm tearing into a juicy rare steak. That's just not cool.
I think that both lifestyles can be very healthy or very un-healthy, it all depends on the choices you makes.

I am a vegetarian, first I did it for a challenge, but now I can't touch meat, it just seems weird. I feel a lot more healthy now than how I felt when I ate meat, I even lost a lot of weight, and now I am at the healthiest weight possible for myself, it is great. The way I eat really puts me in a great mood as well, eating healthy really does make you happy. The meat that is supplied to people now-a-days is just full of hormones and things that aren't too good for your body. Though even in vegetarian food there is bad stuff, depending on what you buy. I am not against meat eaters or anything, I just do what makes me feel good! Happy mylotting and have a great night/day.

I am a vegetarian. I dont like giving problems to other living beings. Vegetarian food are good for health. Vegetables reduces the chances of getting heart attack according to the survey conducted recently.

FOR ME BOTH NON-VEG ND VEG PLAYS A VITAL ROLE, IN NON-VEG, WE HAVE LOTS OF PROTEINS ... WHICH BUILDS UP THE BODY ND MAKES US 2 STAY HEALTHIER ..... EVERYTHING HAS ITS OWN VALUE.... LIKEWISE VEGETARIAN HAS ITS OWN.... VEG- HAS MORE VITAMINS THAN PROTEINS ... SUCH HAS "BETA-CAROTENE" IN CARROT WHICH ULTIMATELY IMPROVES OUR VISION....... AS SUCH MIXTURE OF BOTH IS ESSENTIAL FOR HEALTH........
those who r against non-veg.... i suggest u 2 hav a egg...so that u can hav a balanced diet.....
