Whats the benefit of eating FIG fruit?

My nails have been breaking and splitting they look so unhealthy . I have just brought some calcium with vitimin D and will take 2 tabs a day for 1 month .. has any one got any other solutions that may help *

Do you eat more salad when the weather is hot?

When the weather is hot and humid, I don't like to cook as much let alone eat a hot meal. So, in my household, the kids and I tend to eat a lot more salad. Is this the same trend that you have?

derry123 Ive never made stepping stones, what a great idea // I have got a friend that used wooden pallets for a patio. She put 2 close together and stones round the edge , it looks really good .Good luck with your project *
