I love to watch friends even though I have seen them all I can watch them over again .. they still manage to make me laugh . They are a well chosen group and the writting is great ,,Do you still watch and enjoy *

calcium 4 nails

My nails have been breaking and splitting they look so unhealthy . I have just brought some calcium with vitimin D and will take 2 tabs a day for 1 month .. has any one got any other solutions that may help *

We have 2 half hour programmes each morning and I love it , I have it on series record so I can watch it any time i feel like a good laugh . The charactors and the writting are so good I can re watch an episode and still laugh ,...

sore eyes

my eyes are often very sore I have some drops that make then feel a lot better , but as soon as I an on line they feel sore again . Has any one a suggestion for me .
