calcium 4 nails

My nails have been breaking and splitting they look so unhealthy . I have just brought some calcium with vitimin D and will take 2 tabs a day for 1 month .. has any one got any other solutions that may help *

Hello,
I do not know which country you belong to but if it's available in your area,you can go for the nail hardener by Oriflame. It's a great product that will reduce the chipping and breaking of your nails in a few weeks,and your nails will look healthy again. I have used the product and I think you will be satisfied with the experience if you use it too. I would also suggest that you get a medical check-up done to see if you are deficient in calcium and minerals. Don't pop pills without a doctor's advice.I'm not being didactic,it's just a suggestion.

I do not thinks that due lack of calcium our nails will be splitting. If such thinks happened with you, I think you should take calcium and you will get result. It is for better of you.
