gardening .. which mulch

I think most mulchers are good so long as you keep it well built up, I have just bought myself a mulcher and I am going to put mulch everywhere and just keep topping it up, I am mulching everything I can get my hands on...

Well, my brother has a mulcher here too and he uses it to chop and mulch up old branches and everything available thats considered mulch afterward. We use that instead of the store bought kind and it works for the most part. Also, we use the grass clippings after the grass is cut. I would prefer to use the expensive store bought kinds but it is just not in the budget when you have ground hogs eating up everything in sight anyways.
