i think let her sleep with you. what is the big deal? my late dogs and cat used to always sleep with me on the bed. sometimes they snored, and i woke them up to tell them to stop. they looked at me like 'whatever.'
my current cat comes and goes. he doesnt stay in one room too long. sometimes he sleeps by me on my bed, cuddling and snuggling with me. and sometimes he gets up and goes to another room, and sleeps on the couch or in his cat tree or cat bed. he has many options. he gets restless.

hello, I don't have a cat, but since it is something related to pets, so I want to say something.
I have a dog, but I don't let him sleep with me when after he grow up.
I did let my dog slept with me when he was very tiny one, and then whenever sleeping time comes, he would try to climb onto my bed. Then I realize I can not always do this, or he will never able to leave me when sleep.
So afterward I let him sleep in the floor, he didn't get used to that and always look at me with her watery eyes, I controled myself, turn off the light and sleep.
Now he is quite happy sleeping on the floor.

I used to let my cats sleep with me because they were well behaved and would not disturb my sleep.
The two cats I currently have, are another story. They have both been banned from the bedroom when I am trying to sleep.
The one cat insists on sleeping on top of me. Walking on me and getting "settled" wakes me up and then the extra heat from the cat lying on top of me makes part of me too hot and this also wakes me up.
The second cat will sleep on the bed with no problem UNTIL he decides he wants attention. Then, he comes over and actually bites my SCALP. My son tried to tell me he was just biting my hair until I actually showed him where the cat had broken the skin on my scalp. This is not a good way to be awakened. So, my current cats have both been banned from the bedroom when my husband and I want to sleep.
