Guilty Pleasures....

Uh-oh, I'm busted... I'm always talking about eating healthy, but I seem to just have to have one glass of Coke every day. I don't talk about it because my (grown) kids would call me a hypocrite.

I am addicted to the workout channel! every time I am alone at home, I tune into FitTV and work out!

Too many to mention. I have a strong addiction to caramels and Tootsie Rolls. I wish I could stop but I just love them. I don't consider watching my soaps a guilty pleasure, though I don't tell everyone I tape them when I'm not around to watch them. Computer games. They keep me from doing work but I enjoy them. I can't admit to my writing buddies that the reason I am not motivated to write is because I am playing computer games. I've cut back on the message boards though. I'll get there.

Ha ha... SLEEP would be a guilty pleasure in my house.... but gosh, I would probably say anything and everything... but my biggest is cheese. I can't get enough. I can eat it on just about everything... and more greasy, baked, and gooey it is, oh yeah the better! lol...

My guily pleasure well, this is kinda hard, I like cartoons. Mostly old ones but sometimes I will sit with my girls and watch whatever it is they are watching. Spongebob or carebears or what ever. It is sad but it is my pleasure.
