I keep seeing the word sic on some articles but i really don't know what it means. Is it some sort of a disclaimer if in case the grammar is wrong? Or it has a more important meaning to it? Please enlighten me about it so...

aprilj1231 Usually it is used when you are repeating something you read or heard but aren't positive of the exact verbage.

aprilj1231 I think all you can do is be firm and stick to what you say. I have a child who is very easily affected by sugar. I try so hard to watch how much junk she gets, but grandparents and other outside influences always tell me sugar doesn't affect kids like that....
